Replaying fusion rn, and I love having super missiles before ice for that reason. The one thing is that instead of spamming beam or a charge shot beam a missile would do the same damage, so it was a great go to for one shotting before the ice missiles. With enough damage it'll revert back into the large spiky-shelled Core X, grab the free-floating Xs that appear and pummel the shell with missiles. If you run out of missiles just lay into it with your Beam Weapon. This list is ordered by way of area for a list of Missile Expansions by progression, click here. That is a good point, I think dread handles it well. Pummel Arachnus' front with missiles to damage it. Please be warned - there are spoilers throughout this walkthrough, so only read it as a last resort. Power Bomb Expansions Here you’ll find the location for every Power Bomb Expansion in Metroid Fusion, as well as detailed explanations on how to get them and what powerups you’ll need. Now suit up in that fancy new Fusion suit and let's show the X their worst nightmare. For ease I'll refer to the ship's computer as SC so I don't have to repeat "ship's computer" fifty times. The ship's computer will always be directing you around and giving you information on what to do next, so if you're ever stuck head to a Navigation Room to read up on your current objective, or press A on the Map Screen to get a quick lowdown on your objective. When you click on a link to view boss or item details, click the "Go to walkthrough" link to jump back to where you were in the walkthrough. For the items locations - especially the Missile, Energy Tank and Power Bombs - I'll refer to them like this: Missile S1.05 - this refers to Missile 5 found in Sector 1. I'll be referring back to the bosses section and item locations section when needed, I won't repeat all the tips found in those sections. Beam spam seems higher DPS than always charging, but of course if you cant currently hit. Thats assuming youre fighting a boss and can reliably get triple lock-on with storm missiles. Thanks a lot 2 comments 50 Upvoted Sort by: best level 1 Mod 10 mo. I think in terms of practical DPS (so accounting for having to dodge sometimes) Its probably storm missiles > missiles > beam spam > consistent charge beam. I know I'd need a GBA emulator, but I'm not sure which one. You'll also be encountering creatures similar to those Samus faced in the past, but they've all been consumed by X parasites. Best emulator for Metroid Fusion Question Hi I'm new to this sub and emulating in general, so I was wondering what the best emulator would be for Metroid Fusion. Many times you'll forget that you're on a space station in high orbit above SR388. There's seven massive areas to explore on the station, each with its own detailed and unique environments. You'll be right at home if you're a veteran Super Metroid player, many of the techniques found in that game can and will be used here. You'll find a heavy amount of detail within the directions below, just remember that there's many ways to go about completing the game - this is only one suggested method. Now it's time to make it through this station alive.
